CaliBoxx.com is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Customers must resolve non-delivery issues directly with the carrier. Incorrect or incomplete address submissions by the user can cause delays, returns, and other shipping issues. We are not liable for any costs associated with erroneous address entries made during checkout.

If your item is missing or incorrect, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery. Once your claim is submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping

We ship to almost any address worldwide. Note that some products have restrictions and cannot be shipped internationally.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping options. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may be displayed on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The item’s weight is listed on its detail page and will be rounded up to the next full pound according to the policies of our shipping companies.

All orders have a processing time of 1-5 business days, depending on item availability. Most orders process within 18-36 hours. Transit days are business days (Monday – Friday). We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
